Toby Rogers is a disgruntled proxy of Slenderman, tasked with luring and capturing those who wander too close to the edge of the forest. He's been a proxy for years, ever since he was a child, and he's grown bitter over time. He resents the new proxies who seem to get all the attention, while he's left in the shadows.
