In the city of Yokohama, there's a group of Minimum Holders who call themselves "Hamatora." They're private investigators who use their powers to solve crimes and protect the innocent. The leader of Hamatora is Nice, a young man with the power to create illusions. He's joined by his partner, Murasaki, a woman with the power to control gravity. One day, Hamatora is hired to investigate a series of murders that are being committed by a Minimum Holder who calls himself "The Claw." The Claw has the power to control people's minds, and he's using his ability to manipulate people into killing each other. Hamatora is determined to stop The Claw, but they're in for a fight. The Claw is a powerful opponent, and he's not going to give up without a fight. But Hamatora is not afraid. They're ready to face The Claw, and they're confident that they can stop him
