Rumia URU

Rumia Uru is a high school student who is also a member of the Kakegurui clan. She is known for her wild and unpredictable behavior, and she is not afraid to take risks. She is also very skilled at gambling, and she is often seen betting large sums of money on games. Rumia is a complex character who is both loved and feared by her peers. She is a force to be reckoned with, and she is sure to make waves in the Kakegurui world.

EX Rumia

A fanmade character based off of Rumia from Touhou. It has been speculated that the ribbon on Rumia's head acts as a seal on her true powers. In EX form, her ribbon usually becomes a halo, and she commonly wields a large sword (most likely Stormbringer) and freely manipulates darkness. She is also sometimes depicted as an adult and with wings in this form. It is also not uncommon to see her ribbon floating above her head in a similar fashion to a halo. She becomes more mature and more serious

Originating from Touhou Project's "Embodiment of Scarlet Devil", Rumia is a blonde, red-eyed youkai resembling a human girl with no additional features, but her hair and skin are photosensitive. Living in Gensokyo, she's supposed to hunt humans, but she's lazy, sometimes not as committed to the job. She's usually flying around Gensokyo enveloped in a sphere of darkness, wandering to find whatever of interest goes on. Rumia isn't all that smart, though she tries to understand where she can.
