Yoshiyuki TOMINO
Yoshiyuki Tomino is a Japanese anime director, writer, producer, and voice actor. He is best known for his work on the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise, which he created and directed.
Tomino was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1941. He studied at the University of Tokyo, where he majored in economics. After graduating, he worked as an animator for several studios before founding his own studio, Sunrise, in 1972.
