Kozma Petrovich Prutkov
Kozma Prutkov was a fictional author created by a group of Russian poets in the 1850s and 1860s. The poets used this pseudonym to publish parody aphorisms, fables, and epigrams, as well as satiric, humorous, and nonsense verses. Prutkov's work was often critical of the government and social norms of the time. He was a master of satire, and his work is still enjoyed by readers today.
