Hein Thielicke

Hein Thielicke was born in 1914 in a small town in Germany. He was raised in a strict household and was taught to be proud of his German heritage. When he was old enough, he joined the Hitler Youth and quickly rose through the ranks. In 1936, he was drafted into the German Army and served with distinction in the invasion of Poland.
