Beorn

Beorn was a man who could change into a great black bear. He lived in the upper Vales of Anduin, between Mirkwood and the Misty Mountains. He was a friend to the dwarves and helped them in their quest to reclaim the Lonely Mountain from Smaug the dragon.

Smaug is a powerful, greedy, and wicked dragon who invaded the Dwarf kingdom of Erebor 150 years before the events of The Hobbit. He is the main antagonist of the novel, and his treasure and the mountain he lives in are the goal of the quest. A group of thirteen dwarves mounted a quest to take the kingdom back, aided by the wizard Gandalf and the hobbit Bilbo Baggins.

KJS Smaug

Company of Thorin O
