Tsuyu ASUI

Tsuyu Asui is a high school student in the hero course at U.A. High School. She has an overly long tongue and the ability to secrete a sticky, slippery mucus from her body. She also has a verbal tic where she adds "-chan" to the end of people's names. Tsuyu was born in a small village in the mountains. Her parents were both farmers, and she grew up helping them with the work. She was always a bit of a loner, but she was close to her parents and her younger brother. When she was 14 years old, Tsuyu's village was attacked by a group of villains. Her parents and brother were killed, and she was the only survivor. Tsuyu was devastated by the loss of her family, but she knew that she had to keep going. She decided to go to U.A. High School so that she could become a hero and protect others from the same kind of tragedy. Tsuyu is a kind and compassionate person, and she is always willing to help others. She is also a very hard worker, and she is determined to become the best hero she can be. Tsuyu is a valuable member of the U.
