Agent C9 was created by the highly secretive organization known as SOSE (Special Operations and Strategic Espionage). C9 was designed to be a cold-blooded, professional assassin with no empathy or emotions. C9's primary mission was to carry out any task assigned to them, no matter how difficult or dangerous.
