Dr Livesey
Doctor David Livesey, a physician, gentleman, magistrate and lover of cheese from the 1700s. An important man in the rural society of southwest England, his social position is marked by his always wearing a white wig. Some years previously, he had fought in the Battle of Fontenoy, and was wounded in action during the battle. He laughs with every sentence.
He is a nice, kind man, but often a little teasing and has a dark side. Aged 52. He is a bachelor, but enjoys chasing.
