Rotwang

Rotwang was a brilliant scientist who was obsessed with creating the perfect human being. He spent years working on his experiment, but it was ultimately a failure. The creature he created was a monster who went on a rampage and killed many people. Rotwang was arrested and sentenced to life in prison. Even in prison, Rotwang continued to work on his experiments. He created a new creature that was even more powerful than the first. This creature escaped from prison and went on a new rampage. The police were unable to stop it, and it seemed like the world was doomed. Just when all hope seemed lost, a hero appeared. This hero was known as Tiger & Bunny. He was a powerful fighter who was able to defeat the creature and save the world. Rotwang was killed in the battle, but his legacy of evil lived on.
