Mu Guiying
Mu Guiying is a legendary heroine from ancient China's Northern Song Dynasty. She is the wife of Yang Zongbao and mother of Yang Wenguang. Brave, resolute and loyal, Mu is the cultural symbol of a steadfast woman.
One day, Mu Guiying was out hunting when she came across a group of bandits. She quickly dispatched them with her martial arts skills, and then returned home to her husband. Yang Zongbao was so impressed with her bravery that he asked her to marry him.
Mu Guiying agreed to marry Yang Zongbao, and they soon had a son named Yang Wenguang. However, Yang Zongbao was called away to fight in the war against the Liao Dynasty. Mu Guiying was determined to help her husband, so she disguised herself as a man and joined the army.
Mu Guiying quickly proved herself to be a brilliant military strategist. She led the army to victory in many battles, and she eventually became the commander-in-chief of the Song forces.
The Liao Dynasty was eventually defeated, and Mu Guiying returned home to her family. She lived a long and happy life, and she is still remembered today as a symbol of strength and courage.
