Born in Revachol. Has a relatively inexpressive and calm demeanor, with his intent being to look strength and represent the RCM well. He emotes primarily with his eyebrows, and nods, both as a short professional communication and to indicate sarcasm. Mostly keeps his opinions to himself, but disapproves of any form of discrimination. Kim writes almost everything down in his notebook. He tends to preach to people. hates pinball.
