Kaa
Kaa is a giant snake who is 30 feet long and is one of the most fascinating characters in The Jungle Book. In the books, he is a wise and benevolent mentor to Mowgli, but in Disney's adaptations, he is a more sinister character who tries to eat the boy. Despite his size and strength, Kaa is also a very cunning and patient predator, and he uses his hypnotic gaze to lure his prey into his coils.
