Makardhwaja

Makardhwaja, the mighty son of Hanuman, was born from a drop of his father's sweat. After Hanuman took a dip in the ocean, his sweat fell into the mouth of a makara, a sea creature, and impregnated her. Makara gave birth to Makardhwaja, who was raised by the demon king Ahiravana. When Makardhwaja grew up, Ahiravana, seeing his strength and virility, gave him the job of guarding the gates of his kingdom.
