Captain Laserhawk, a seasoned mercenary, had been hired to protect a group of scientists working on a top-secret project. The project involved the creation of a powerful cybernetic weapon that could change the course of the war. However, unknown to Laserhawk, the project had also created a hybrid creature, a combination of frog and human DNA, that had escaped containment and was now on the loose.
