Shepherd is a man with a big ego. He is an explosives expert in the military and he wears a ponytail, sunglasses, and black hair. He is a character from the anime One Piece. Shepherd was born in a small village on the island of Dawn. He was always a bit of a troublemaker, but he was also very intelligent and skilled with explosives. When he was 18, he joined the military and quickly rose through the ranks. He became known as one of the best explosives experts in the world. One day, Shepherd was sent on a mission to destroy a pirate ship. The ship was heavily guarded, but Shepherd was able to sneak aboard and plant explosives. He then detonated the explosives, destroying the ship and killing all of the pirates on board. Shepherd's success on this mission made him a national hero. He was given a medal and a promotion. He was also allowed to choose his own next assignment. Shepherd decided to go after the world's most wanted pirate, Monkey D. Luffy. He knew that Luffy was a dangerous opponent, but he was determined to bring him to justice. Shepherd tracked Luffy down to the island of Alabasta. He attacked Luffy
