Boq

Boq is a Munchkin who appears in L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. He is a minor character in the book, but he becomes more prominent in Gregory Maguire's 1995 novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. In Wicked, Boq is a young man who is in love with Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West. He is also a member of the Winkie Army, which is led by the Wizard of Oz.
