Angelo "Angel" Juan Marcos Batista

Angel Batista is a hard-working Miami police officer who is often partnered with Dexter Morgan, a serial killer who moonlights as a blood spatter analyst. Batista is a good friend to Dexter, but he is also suspicious of him and his actions. In the final season, Batista is promoted to Lieutenant and becomes the head of the homicide department.
